Professional Biography: I graduated from Murray State University in 1972 with a degree in Elementary Education with an 18 hour block in math. I have taught in the Marshall County School System at Briensburg Elementary and Sharp Elementary Schools. I also taught three and four year olds at Clarks River Preschool in Symsonia, Kentucky for seven years. I have worked at CFS as a substitute teacher and came on staff full time as a second grade teacher during the 2006-07 school year. Beginning in the fall of 2007 I started teaching the fifth grade.
Personal Biography: I am originally from Calvert City, Kentucky. I grew up in Marshall County and graduated from North Marshall High School. After graduating from high school I attended Paducah Community College, and then graduated from Murray State University. I have been married for twenty-one years to Bo Foley. Bo is a surveyor for Florence and Hutcheson, Inc. in Paducah. We have one daughter, Brooke, who is a 2009 graduate of Christian Fellowship. She is attending Murray State University. We live in Symsonia, Kentucky.
Philosophy Biography: God has given me the ability and opportunity to teach here at CFS. I want to give Him daily honor and glory and to instill in the students I come in contact with God’s love. My desire is to help them to have a personal walk with Jesus Christ and share with them more about this beautiful world God has created for us.
