Professional Biography: I graduated from Murray State University in 1980 with a Masters Degree in Education. For twenty four years I have taught in elementary and middle school; fifteen years at South Marshall Elementary in Benton, Kentucky and for the past nine years here at Christian Fellowship School. I am also a graduate of Christian Fellowship School of Ministry with a degree in Bible, a graduate of the American Academy of Christian Counselors, an a graduate of Prison Fellowship Ministries.
Personal Biography: I was born and raised in the little town of Hardin in the southern part of Marshall County. I married my high school sweetheart, Bob, when he returned from Vietnam. We lived in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, while he served in the United States Marines. We have two children; Matthew who is a professional musician and a techincal writer for Legal Zoom, and lives in Los Angeles, California. Lacinda, who is married to Kyle English, works for the Marshall County Circuit Court. On June 8th, 2008 I was blessed with my first grandson, Wiley Stephen English. He is so much fun and he brings lots of joy and excitment into my life!!!My husband has been in the ministry since 1990 and is the pastor of Promise Land Ministries. We enjoy working in missions and ministry together.
Philosophy: I feel so honored and blessed to be teaching at Christian Fellowship School. I love teaching here and the students are a joy and a delight to me each and every day. I want to be effective as a Christian teacher, and to make a difference in the lives of my students. My desire is to invest my life in teaching and telling my students about Jesus. I want my life to count for Jesus Christ!
